Educational Consultant

The Central Fraternity Office is taking applications for the newly created position of Educational Consultant.

The Grand Lodge is accepting and reviewing applications on a rolling basis with the goal of hiring an Educational Consultant for a start as soon as possible. A more detailed list of roles and responsibilities are available here.

The Educational Consultant is a position focused on member and resource development. The employee will work with current staff and the Grand Lodge to determine, develop, and implement strategic resources to benefit the membership of Theta Delta Chi. A majority of the focus will be on the undergraduate experience, specifically working to connect members to organizational values, reflect on their experience, and align their decision making with the organization values. The overarching goal is to create a shared definition with our members of what it means to be a Theta Delt and how that meaning can be articulated in personal actions, Charge actions, and in their goals.

Charge Consultant

The Central Fraternity Office is taking applications for the position of Traveling Charge Consultant. There are a variety of opportunities available.

The Grand Lodge is accepting and reviewing applications on a rolling basis with the goal of hiring a Charge Consultant for a start as soon as possible. This contract would extend through August of 2019, with the possibility to renew on a mutual basis. A more detailed list of roles and responsibilities are available here.

At the same time the Grand Lodge will start to review applicants for the role of Travel Charge Consultant with an expected start date of June 17th 2019. This contract extends through August of 2020, with the possibility to renew on a mutual basis. A more detailed list of roles and responsibilities are available here.
